YOUTH CAMPS
The Limestone City Dragon Boat Club is offering Kids Camps this summer!
Youth will have an opportunity to experience summer on the water through the traditional sport of dragon boat racing. The 5 day Jr. Dragon and Master Dragon programs include experienced and certified instructors, all equipment and an opportunity to meet new friends, learn the history of dragon boat racing, as well as develop new teamwork and communication skills.
Jr. Dragon Program Ages 11 - 13
The Jr. Dragon program is about creating a positive and safe place for youth to experience the outdoors. They get to experience the history of dragon boat racing though participation. Youth will lean paddling techniques, boat safety, rhythm of motion and the power of teamwork though various activities on and off the water.Price:

Master Dragon Program Ages 14 - 16
The Master Dragon Program will work on fostering great leadership skills through activities which emphasise communication, collaboration and teamwork. Time will be spent both on and off the water and will learn about the culture history behind dragon boat racing. Using dragon boats as the vehicle to achieve these leadership goals. While learning effective paddling, race and safety techniques - they will learn what their own strengths are and be asked to work together to achieve a common goal.Price:
